The one thing that sets Skinner apart in a re-roof is they surrounded the house with tarps and had a pull behind magnet to pick up any nails. So far, I’ve found ONE washer, that’s it.
Their price is great and the best benefit is their associate helping to get the insurance claim approved.

Cody replaced my roof in Oct. 2023. You really cannot beat the service and communication a family owned business provides. Skip the big names and the illegal door knocking contractors like Beaver Home Services.
Also don’t forget to get your Wind Mitigation done after your new roof with their recommended inspector! It saved me some money.

We sought multiple quotes and Skinner, by far, was the most thorough. They walked the entire roof line, ensuring accurate measurements. No other company even attempted to go up during the estimate process. During the installation, the entire team was efficient, professional and friendly. They made sure that our garden beds were covered, constantly checked for nails and even spoke to our next door neighbors to let them know that they would make sure that they would check their spaces as well. The job was completed in less than two days, thanks to the large crew! I’ve witnessed my neighbor’s roof replacements take more than twice that time.
